Book for Children and Adults, TIGER-TIGER IS IT TRUE?

Hans talked to me about his book TIGER-TIGER IS IT TRUE?,  and his collaboration with author and spiritual leader, Byron Katie in creating this charming book. He illustrated the adorable tiger in lively colored images as the tiger investigates is it true? It appears to be
just a children's book and it is simple and easy for children to read and understand but
it's essential message is Byron Katie's turnaround philosophy that asks us to question
if what we believe is true and reveals how our thoughts are what causes us to suffer.

For more information of Byron Katie go to: www.thework.com

He also described how he was inspired by the work of Byron Katie and by other events in his life that made him know that this was  important  in his life and career. Hans has ventured into a new medium as the next step in his life and career.
Mr. Wilhelm has created a series of videos that explain some of the
mysteries of life based on the spiritual laws of the universe. Some of the topics of  his videos are KARMA, LOVE IT ALL, FORGIVENESS, FEAR, HOW WE SEE OTHERS, REINCARNATION, EGO among others. For more information on LIFE-explained go to

Interview with Claire Kelly, Director of "Shakespeare on the Sound's AS YOU LIKE IT

 Current Program

Director Claire Kelly
I interviewed the new director of this summer's Shakespeare on the Sound's production of "As You Like It". She brings a fresh perspective to this summer's production.  We discussed "As You Like It" and the interview can give viewers a sense of the joys and merits of one of Shakespeare most likable plays, a comedy that is about love and transformation.

Each year I look forward to this cultural event and Shakespeare on the Sound's fine professional productions of the Bard's timeless plays. I enjoy the ambient experience of picniking in the outdoors on the banks of the  beautiful Connecticut sound under the stars with friends and watching quality actors sighting the brililant lines of this most masterful playright.  It seems the choice of play always coincides with something that applies to my current life and I always walk away from the evening that much wiser.
The interview will air on Cablevision's Channel 88 on Tuesday May 28th at 9pm and  Thursday,  May 30th at 5:30pm.The broadcast will repeat on subsequent  Tuesdays and Thursdays at the above times until June 27th.

Christina Haskin, Producer and Host
ABOUT ANN RUSSELL:

Ann “discovered” yoga as a teen in the ‘70’s. TV gurus Richard Hittleman and Lilias Folan planted the seeds of a life-long exploration. Hatha yoga was included in the curriculum at AADA West and after graduation in 1980, Ann was led to Hari Singh Khalsa in Pasadena to continue her study of yoga in the Kundalini style of Yogi Bhajan. The late ‘90’s brought an exploration of the Ashtanga and Vinyasa styles of practice in San Francisco at “It’s Yoga” with Larry Schultz and Hatha Flow with Darren Main at “Castro Yoga”. Moving to Norwalk, CT in 2000, “Yoga Source” owner Roberta Fortune Dale urged Ann to begin teacher training and invited her to teach at “Yoga Source” in Darien, under Roberta’s knowledgeable guidance in the Sivananda style. Longing to deepen her personal experience and garner more tools as a teacher, Ann was led to the “Kripalu Center for Yoga” in the Berkshires to continue her on-going education. With deep gratitude to the many senior Kripalu teachers who have guided her — Yoganand Michael Carroll, Sudhir Jonathan Foust, PremShakti Mary Stout, Sudha Carolyn Lundeen, Stephen Cope, Bhavani Lorraine Nelson, to name a few — Ann has earned her 500-hour certification. Ann offers on-going group classes, series, workshops and private instruction in Fairfield County, CT.
